For Adults
Art for Mindfulness
You do not have to be an "artist" to take this workshop. (Although I would argue that you already are!)
This workshop is an invitation to rediscover the incredible creative power that exists inside of you.
I believe that play, art and discovery are essential to our survival and growth. For many of us, somewhere along the way into adulthood we stop allowing ourselves the time for artistic expression & discovery.
Hi, my name is Anne and I want to provide you that space and time. Join me in practicing creative ways to tap into mindfulness using simple art supplies.

This workshop is for you if:

You have been having a hard time carving out time for yourself (Hello parenthood!)

You like to draw (although no experience is necessary)

You are looking for ways to break old or form new habits

You want to discover how to have more self-compassion

You are interested in how to start a practice, not a perfect

For Moms
Moms Art + Chat
I host a once-a-month meetup for Moms at various locations in Broomfield. This meetup is free, although you are welcome to donate towards snacks or art supplies. The meetup is not a directed or lead mindfulness class. Instead, it is an opportunity to meet other moms (with or without your kids-- sometimes we have no options but to bring them!) and doodle, draw, color, eat snacks, or just hang out and talk.
